FESPACO  is Africa’s biggest Film Festival.  For one week every two years, Ouagadougou, the capital of Burkina Faso is  flooded with film buffs, and screens, showing scores of newly released films, and documentaries.  A must see for industry professionals, an opportunity to showcase your films, and establish working relationships—a unique ambiance parlayed into a cultural experience.  The PAUL ROBESON AWARD is a draw for Black filmmakers This time around you’ll fly into Africa aboard Air Maroc with a stopover in Casa­blanca.  You’ll watch both the Opening and Closing ceremonies.

Day 1, Thursday February 26:
7:00p: Lv JFK aboard Air  Maroc to Casablanca

Day 2, Friday, February 27:
07:40a:  Arrive Casablanca, transfer to your hotel, afternoon city tour.  7pm transfer to airport for your flight to Ouagadougou arriving at 0240am  transfer to Hotel Independence

Day 3, Saturday, February 28:
Accreditation & opening ceremony

Day 4, Sunday, March 01:
3 hour city tour

Day 5-8, Monday, March 02- Friday March 06:
FESPACO festivities, workshops, etc

Day 9, Saturday March 07:
Closing Ceremony.
